This add-on could be used as a tool to help in work with GDPR related issues. For example finding out what information is stored about a person in documents stored in Lime CRM.

What is done with personal data

If personal data is present in any document stored in Lime CRM, it will be indexed by the SQL Server Full-Text Search engine to enable fast searches for document content. The index itself is not reachable by a Lime CRM user.

Why personal data is needed

The add-on itself does not need any personal data.

What personal data

Whatever is written in documents stored in Lime CRM.

Transfer of personal data

No personal data is transferred to any other system.

Logging of personal data

Nothing is logged by this add-on.

Possible avoidance of using personal data

There is no way to configure SQL Server Full-Text Search engine to avoid indexing text considered as personal data.
